What you can consult

  • Issues related to individual dignity and violations of rights, such as harassment (power harassment, sexual harassment, etc.), long working hours, unpaid overtime, discrimination, and violation of privacy
  • Personal evaluations or treatment, other complaints, dissatisfaction, or slander are not covered.
  • Please refrain from submitting documents containing sensitive personal information, such as medical certificates.

  • You can consult with us through an external contact point (NEC VALWAY Co., Ltd. hereinafter the same).

External contact

To receive consultations and report to the company

  • The external contact will report the consultation to the company. You can choose to use your real name or an anonymous name for this report.

STEP.03

Company

Acceptance / rejection decision・Investigation / policy review / Preparation of company response・Report to the external contact

  • The company will investigate about the contents. (Depending on the contents of consultation, it may or may not be the subject of an investigation.)

STEP.04

External contact

Company response received・Report to the whistleblowers / consulters

  • The company will reply to the external contact with inquiries to the consulter and investigation results.

STEP.05

Consulter

Company response received

  • The external contact will reply to the consulter with the inquiries and investigation results.
