Subjects of Reporting and Consultation

Examples of Prohibited Activities in Employment Activities

• Sexual words and deeds: sexual inquiry, humor, unnecessary physical contact, private inducement, etc.
• Intimidation/denial of personality: coercive remarks, insults, oppressive responses beyond the necessary scope, etc.
• Enforcement of decision-making: Declining to select another company, terminating job-seeking activities, or unjustly coercing employees to accept informal offers
• Intervention in private life: Excessive questions about family, love, marriage, ideas, beliefs, etc., unrelated to aptitude and ability
• Unfair handling of information: coercion to disclose information such as sexual orientation and self-acknowledgement, or communication to a third party without the consent of the person
• Disadvantageous treatment: Adverse evaluation and response by reason of cooperation in consultation, filing, and fact-finding

Protection of privacy

The contents of consultations and personal information shall be appropriately managed and the privacy and confidentiality shall be protected.
No adverse treatment is made on the grounds of consultation or filing.
Consultations do not affect the selection, evaluation, or acceptance of bus groups.

Confidentiality by outsourcing

The contact point is set up by an outsourcing company (NEC VALWAY Co., Ltd.). Employees of the outsourcing company are also responsible for accepting information.
We will not disclose or divulge the contents of the report or consultation to any third party (except in the event such disclosure is enforced by law).
