As part of these efforts, we have established a contact point to receive reports and consultations from business partners, and are working to prevent and correct scandals by early detection and early response to compliance issues.

This service is available to business partners and their officers and employees who do business with our group companies.
Regarding report / consultation targets
If any of our business partners becomes aware of any misconduct, violation of laws and regulations, or violation of our Group "Code of Conduct and Action Guidelines" to the Group's business operations, directors and employees, or any conduct that might cause such violations, please use the following whistle-blowing hotline.
Privacy protection
We will handle the information reported by our business partners with due consideration for the privacy of the whistleblower, and the whistleblower or your company will not be treated unfavorably because of the whistleblower.
Confidentiality by outsourcing
The window is set up at an outsourced company (NEC VALWAY Co., Ltd.), and reception is also done by employees of the outsourced company. The content of the report will not be disclosed or leaked to a third party (except when required by law).

In addition, please specify your company name and name so that we can verify your identity so that we can make inquiries and respond to you after the fact.
At the request of the whistleblower, the company name and name may be kept at the contact point of an outside contractor (NEC VALWAY Co., Ltd.) and reports to us may be anonymously made.
