Information pertaining to reports and consultations shall be handled with full respect for the privacy of those who make reports and receive consultations.
In addition, No one will face any disadvantage or unfair treatment because of making reports and receiving consultations.
Confidentiality by outsourcing
The contact desk is set up by an outsourcing company (NEC VALWAY Co., Ltd.) ,
and their employees handle the reception.
We will not disclose or divulge the contents of the report to any third party (except in the case required by law).
