As part of our commitment to promoting compliance, Toyo Corporation Group has established a dedicated reporting channel for our business partners to report any concerns related to procurement compliance.
If you become aware of any compliance violations or misconduct involving our operations or employees (such as fraudulent activities, violations of laws or ethics, or human rights infringements) or if you suspect such issues, please report them through the channel described below.
Eligible Users
This reporting channel is available to business partners who have transactions with Toyo Corporation Group companies, as well as their officers and employees (including contract staff, temporary workers, and part-time employees).
Protection of Whistleblowers and Inquirers
We handle all reports and inquiries with strict respect for privacy. Personal information will not be disclosed to any department other than the responsible unit without the individual’s consent.
Furthermore, under our internal reporting policy, Toyo Corporation Group strictly prohibits any disadvantageous treatment of whistleblowers, inquirers, or their companies because of whistleblowing or inquiring.
Confidentiality by External Contractor
The reporting channel is operated by an external contractor (NEC VALWAY, Ltd.), and all reports are received by their staff. Your report will not be disclosed or leaked to third parties, except where required by law.
