About the Safeguarding Hotline
Good Neighbors Japan has established a ''Safeguarding Policy,'' which serves as a complaint handling mechanism for Good Gohan customers who experience harassment from Good Neighbors Japan staff or volunteers. We have established a Safeguarding Hotline (name: Safeguarding Hotline).
Regarding consultation/reporting targets
If you experience human rights violations, sexual violence, harassment, etc. from our organization's staff or volunteers when registering or using Good Gohan, please immediately report it to our hotline.
Privacy protection
Information reported by Good Gohan users will be handled with due consideration to the privacy of the informant, and the informant will not be treated unfavorably as a result of the report.
Confidentiality through outsourcing
The counter is located at an outsourcing company (NEC VALWAY, Ltd.), and reception is handled by employees of the outsourcing company. The contents of your report will not be disclosed or leaked to any third party (except when forced to do so by law).
Request: In order to accurately understand the problem, reports will be limited to the dedicated contact points below. Additionally, we will need to confirm your identity so that we can respond to any subsequent inquiries or responses, so please be sure to include your name. If the whistleblower wishes, his or her name may remain with the reporting office (outsourcing company) and the report to Good Neighbors Japan may be made anonymous.
