The Tenma group has established its procurement policy and promotes compliance (legal regulations and ethical compliance) throughout the group. As a system for dealing with complaints from business partners, the group has established a compliance hotline (name: Compliance Hotline for Business Partners).

Privacy protection
We will treat the information reported by our business partners with due consideration to the privacy of the informants, and the informants or informants’ company will not receive any disadvantageous treatment from us by reason of the report.
Confidentiality by the outsourcer
The contact point is set up at an outsourcing company (NEC VALWAY Co., Ltd.). Employees of the outsourcing company also accept the reception.
We will not disclose or divulge the contents of the report to any third party (except in the case where such disclosure is enforced by law).
Requests: In order to accurately grasp problems, we will limit reporting and filing only to the following dedicated contact points.
In addition, please specify your company name and name so that we can verify your identity in order to make inquiries and respond to you.
At the request of the informants, the company name and name can be kept at the consultation desk (consignment company) and make the report to the group anonymous.
