We have established the Supplier Compliance Hotline as part of our efforts to promote compliance and receive reports from our business partners.
About consultation / declaration target
In the event that any of our officers or employees has committed a violation of compliance in connection with procurement activities or there is any doubt about such violation, we request that you submit a report by filling out the prescribed information on the Supplier Compliance Hotline Reception Form.
In addition, we will firmly refuse to accept any reports that libel or defame individuals.
Privacy protection
The personal information of our business partners provided on this website will be used for the purpose of confirming the facts of the contents of reports and communicating the results of responses.
We will appropriately manage the contents entered by our business partners in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, etc.
It is prohibited to treat a whistle-blower or his/her workplace in a disadvantageous manner.
Confidentiality by outsourcing
The consultation desk is set up at an outsourced company (NEC VALWAY Co., Ltd.), and reception is also done by employees of the outsourced company. The content of the report will not be disclosed or leaked to a third party (except when required by law).
