Our Group has established the MITSUI-SOKO GROUP Human Rights Policy based on the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights formulated by the United Nations and is working to respect human rights. In the event that it becomes apparent that a negative impact on human rights has been caused, encouraged, or otherwise involved in business activities, we will take appropriate measures and strive to rectify and remedy the situation.
As part of these initiatives, we have established the Human Rights Hotline to listen to the opinions and concerns of our business partners. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or concerns related to human rights in your business with us.

Information on use

  • 1)Request for cooperation to grasp appropriate problems

    In order to accurately grasp the content of consultations and respond appropriately, the reception is limited to a dedicated contact point. In response to your request, your name can be strictly controlled at the filing desk (an outside contractor) and reports to us anonymously. However, in such cases, we may be restricted in confirming facts, conducting investigations, and communicating survey results, and we may not be able to respond to them depending on the content. Thank you for your understanding.
    In addition, we would like to ask you to cooperate in filling out the company name and name as much as possible in order to smoothly proceed with the guidance on the results of the survey.

  • 2)Appropriate Use of Contacts

    The hotline has been established for the purpose of receiving complaints and consultations on human rights. Please refrain from declaring content that differs from the facts, defamed or injured by others, or using it for the purpose of causing damage to others, or using it for other illegal purposes.

Confidentiality by outsourcing

This contact point is set up at NEC VALWAY Co., Ltd., an outsourcing company. The reception service is also performed by the person in charge of this company. We have established a system in which external specialist organizations can respond to inquiries in a more neutral and reliable manner. Please use this system.
