1.Protection of consulters

  • The contents of consultation will be kept strictly confidential by those involved in the response
  • You can choose the extent to which your real name is disclosed

*In order to ensure that the university's communications, confirmations, investigation results, etc. are accurately conveyed, we ask you to disclose your real name to the off-campus counter as much as possible

  • You will not be treated unfavorably by the university as a result

2.Handling of Personal Information

  • The information you provide will be used to investigate harassment.
  • Personal information of consulters will be properly managed and operated in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Policy

3.Notes when consulting

  • You may not get a university response to your consultation
    e.g.
    • If it doesn’t fall under the "contents that can be consulted"
    • If the university decides not to accept
  • It may take 1 to 2 business days for the consultation to be linked to the university
    In addition, we are unable to respond to the following requests
    e.g.
    • I want you to tell that to the university right now
    • I want an answer by the end of tomorrow
    • I want to be contacted immediately (by ○) by the person in charge
  • Responses to consultation, and inquiries received on Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and holidays when this office is closed will be made on the next business day or later

4. Personal information contained in identification documents

  • Text data, URLs, voice data, and other data used for identification will be directly submitted to the university as they are
  • If you wish to consult anonymously, please process the information contained in the identification documents that identifies the consulter before submitting them
    *In many cases, personally identifiable information is included in email addresses and signatures

5.About the off-campus counter

  • The off-campus counter is operated by NEC VALWAY, Ltd. as a third-party organization This is not a contact point established within the university
  • The off-campus counter does not provide the following services
    • a.Investigation of consultation
    • b.Determining whether it constitutes harassment, etc.
    • c.Various types of advice (e.g. whether it is better to consult with public institutions regarding future actions)

  • Providing you with confirmations and answers from the university
