3.Notes when consulting

  • The off-campus counter is operated by NEC VALWAY, Ltd. as a third-party organization This is not a contact point established within the university
  • The off-campus counter does not provide the following services
    • a.Investigation of consultation
    • b.Determining whether it constitutes harassment, etc.
    • c.Various types of advice (e.g. whether it is better to consult with public institutions regarding future actions)
